Common Questions

How long does installation take?

Internet Express guarantees installation within 60 minutes of field team arrival. The total time from booking approval to having a live connection is typically 2–4 hours on the same day. We do not schedule installations a week out like major ISPs.

Is the router free? Do I need to buy anything?

A dual-band WiFi router is provided completely free with every plan. FTTH installation (fiber cabling to your premises) is also free. There are no hidden equipment costs. The only additional charge is 18% GST on the plan price, clearly stated on all our pricing.

What areas does Internet Express serve?

We currently serve 10 localities within PCMC: Bhosari, Dighi, Chinchwad, Dhanori, Moshi, Charholi, Fulgaon, Markal, Vishrantwadi, and Dhanore. We do not serve other parts of Pune at this time — our focus is complete coverage in our zones.

What is FTTH and how is it different from regular broadband?

FTTH stands for Fiber To The Home. Unlike copper-based or coaxial broadband, FTTH runs a dedicated fiber optic cable from the exchange directly to your home. This means significantly higher speeds, lower latency, and much greater reliability — especially during peak hours when cable broadband typically degrades.

What OTT apps are included in the bundle plans?

The WiFi+OTT+TV bundle includes: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, ZEE5, Hungama, EpicOn, ULLU, and 11 more apps — totaling 19 OTT platforms. Plus 500+ live IPTV channels. The exact list may vary slightly based on content partnerships.

How do I pay my bill?

Bills can be paid via the Customer Portal (UPI, net banking, cards), or by WhatsApp payment link on request. We also accept cash payments at our Pimpri office. Payment reminders are sent 7 days before renewal.

What if I have a connectivity issue at night or on a holiday?

Our NOC (Network Operations Centre) monitors the network 24×7 including nights and holidays. For issues that require on-site resolution outside business hours, our on-call field team can be dispatched. Response SLA for residential plans is best-effort; for leased line customers, it is contractually 4 hours.
