Ask our team about gigabit availability for your building. Gigabit links are arranged per address after a survey rather than sold off this price list.
From your first installation to the moments you need support, we are here to make staying connected feel simple.

Move into your day, not a long installation queue. For confirmed, ready-to-connect addresses, we will get your new connection installed within four hours.

When you call, you deserve someone who listens. Speak to our support team within 60 seconds — a human answer, ready to understand what you need.

Your work, calls and everyday moments matter. We aim to resolve eligible service issues within one hour, with our local team helping you get connected again.

For eligible downtime, ₹10 for each full hour is credited under our downtime-credit policy. It is one way we take responsibility for the time you lose.
*Service commitments are subject to eligibility and applicable service hours. Installation requires confirmed availability and building access. The one-hour resolution target applies to eligible issues; major outages and third-party damage may take longer. Downtime credits are subject to the published downtime-credit policy.
A meeting in one room, homework in another, a film on the television and the cameras quietly uploading through all of it. Most of what matters in your evening is riding on this one line.
A morning call that does not freeze, in a house that carries on around it.

Friday night, everyone on the same sofa, nobody watching a buffer wheel. Family Streaming at 300 Mbps is the usual answer.
Compare speeds ↗
Low-latency play, and enough headroom that nobody else in the house notices you are gaming.
See the price table ↗Bhosari, Dighi, Moshi, Alandi, Charholi and the rest. Every neighbourhood has its own page: the pockets we already reach, what the survey looks for in buildings there, and the questions your own neighbours ask us.
Photographs are added neighbourhood by neighbourhood, as our own team brings them back. Where two neighbourhoods are served as one place, the landmark of the larger one is used and captioned as that landmark rather than renamed.
The film you have been saving for the weekend. The match that brings everyone to the sofa. The daily show someone at home never misses.
Bring more of what your family loves to watch to your Internet Express connection, with an entertainment add-on offering OTT apps and 500+ TV channels.
For movie nights, match days, and “just one more episode.”
Available as an optional paid add-on to your broadband plan, never bundled into a plan price. The channel and app line-up, the price and the subscription terms come from the content partner and are given to you in writing before you subscribe — ask us and we will send the current pack list. The “500+ channels” figure is the partner’s own count for the largest pack and is not a count of what every pack includes.
The first connections we sold on these streets ran at 256 Kbps. Today the fibre ends inside the flat, over a core built well above what the listed plans draw.
The fibre runs past the street cabinet and ends inside your flat, with as much speed going out as coming in. The equipment is XGS-PON ready, so there is headroom for what comes next without rebuilding the line.
If 400 Mbps is not the ceiling you need, a gigabit connection is arranged for your address after a survey rather than bought off the price list. Business premises are quoted the same way.

A listed pocket is an area where our fibre already runs close by, which makes a yes likely rather than certain. Send your society name and the nearest landmark and the team will confirm for that exact address.
Yes. Every price shown for our home plans includes 18% GST. The number on the plan card is the number you pay, and it is the same number you will hear on the phone.
Standard installation is included on the plans listed, and a dual-band router comes with the connection for you to use while you are a customer. The router stays company property and comes back to us if you disconnect. Work beyond a standard run — extra conduit, core drilling, an unusually long internal run — is quoted and agreed with you before anything starts.
Yes, on every plan listed here. A 200 Mbps connection sends at 200 Mbps as well as receiving at it. That is what keeps your face steady on a call while a camera uploads and a backup runs in another room.
There is no monthly data limit on the plans listed. The fair usage page sets out the narrow situations in which we would get in touch, and they concern abuse of the network rather than heavy use of it.
Yes. Every plan is offered monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and yearly, and the service is identical on all four. Longer periods usually work out cheaper per month because they cost less to bill. One combination is an exception: 50 Mbps quarterly is ₹3 more than three monthly payments, and we say so rather than dress it up as a saving.
Call 9527573939, the line kept for existing customers, or send a WhatsApp to 9960068002. The fault is attended by the same local team that laid the cable. The published policy credits you ₹10 for each full hour of confirmed outage on our network — including a cut caused by somebody else digging the road, because the loss of service is yours either way.
Yes. When you press send, your details go straight to our team and you get a reference number on screen. If our server cannot be reached, the form says so and offers WhatsApp instead, so you are never left assuming it arrived.
Share your building name and the nearest landmark. Our team will confirm whether your address can be connected, and what happens next.
No payment, and nothing is booked at this stage.
