What counts as a standard installation
A cable run from the nearest feasible point, the termination, the terminal, the router and the
setup. Work beyond that — extra conduit, core drilling, an unusually long internal run
— is quoted and agreed with you in writing before it starts. See the

Who owns the router
A dual-band router on 2.4GHz and 5GHz comes with the connection, maintained by us and replaced
at no charge if it fails in normal use. It stays our property throughout and is returned when you

How the downtime credit works
₹10 for each full hour of confirmed outage on our network. Raise a ticket when it happens and
the credit is calculated from the ticket. The
downtime credit policy sets out what is and is
not covered.

Are these prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The plan prices shown include GST. A ₹599 monthly plan costs ₹599 for that monthly subscription. Any separately applicable installation work or optional add-ons will be explained before you proceed.
What will I pay before installation?
Nothing is charged at the enquiry stage. Standard installation is included in the listed plans, so the plan price for the period you choose is what is charged. If your address needs work beyond a standard run — extra conduit, core drilling or an unusually long internal run — that is quoted and agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
Is the router included, and who owns it?
A dual-band router comes with the connection and is yours to use for as long as you are a customer. It is maintained by us and replaced at no charge if it fails in normal use. It remains company property, so it is returned when you disconnect.
Can I change my speed later?
Yes. Moving to a faster plan is charged pro-rata for the remaining period, with no new installation and no router charge. Moving to a slower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
What happens if I cancel a prepaid plan?
There is no deposit and no lock-in on the home plans listed here. The refund and cancellation policy sets out how an unused period is handled if you disconnect, and the router is returned at that point.
Can I get 1 Gbps at home?
Gigabit connections are arranged per address — for homes and for business premises alike — after a survey confirms what the building can carry. They are not sold off this price list. Ask about gigabit availability and the team will tell you what is possible at your address.
Is entertainment included or an optional add-on?
Optional. The broadband plans on this page do not include OTT apps or TV channels. The entertainment add-on is taken separately, and the package you select sets out which apps and channels are included, what it costs and its subscription terms.
